TERMS OF SHIPPING 

Thank you for shopping with Antoinette Ferwerda. We know that choosing art can be very personal, so we ask that you choose carefully and please be sure your decision is final when making your purchase. As much as we like to be flexible, please note that returns or exchange of original artworks and limited edition prints due to change of mind are not accepted.

 

SHIPPING 

All original artworks and prints have different shipping charges associated with their size, weight and delivery destination.  Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery will provide a quote within 48 hours of your purchase and uses reputable art shipping carriers.  Once your item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with tracking information. 

Please be mindful that it is the buyer’s responsibility to track shipping and failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to us. 

All parcels delivered will require a signature on delivery. Please be mindful that if a request is made to leave your parcel unattended, you acknowledge that Antoinette Ferwerda and their representatives will not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to the delivered goods. 

Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery does not offer change of mind on purchases.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the artwork has not been damaged in transit within 24 hours of opening the parcel, and reporting in writing and with photographs any faults.  The buyer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning an item and please liaise with Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery in writing and with photographs to sales@antoinetteferwerda.com.au. The Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery can recommend a reliable artwork shipping provider.  

If returned goods are deemed faulty after inspection by Antoinette Ferwerda, the gallery will refund any shipping costs. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note our preference is to ship via express and that the customer will be responsible for any additional handling or customs and duty costs on any international orders. We are required by law to disclose the value of the goods being sent and will not alter this value. All other shipping terms outlined against ‘Shipping’ above also apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND RETURNS

We do accept international orders but unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns for international orders.
