SHIPPING POLICY

How we ship

Every artwork is professionally packed and sent with reputable art shipping carriers. Shipping charges vary with the size, weight and destination of the artwork. For most products, delivery is calculated at checkout; else, we’ll email you a quote within 48 hours of your purchase.

Dispatch and tracking

Artworks are usually dispatched within 7 business days. Once your item has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery

All deliveries require a signature. If you ask for your parcel to be left unattended, Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage after delivery. If a parcel is taken to your local post office, please collect it promptly; uncollected parcels are returned to us.

Damage in transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us before sending anything back. See our Return and Refund Policy for what to do. We’ll arrange a return where possible in cooperation with you.

International shipping

We welcome international orders and prefer to ship by express. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or handling charges in the destination country. We’re required by law to declare the true value of the goods and can’t alter it.
