RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Antoinette Ferwerda. We know that choosing art can be very personal, so we ask that you choose carefully and please be sure your decision is final when making your purchase. As much as we like to be flexible, please note that returns or exchange of original artworks and limited edition prints due to change of mind are not accepted. 

 

Damaged Goods Return Policy 

Return or exchange will only be considered in the case of faulty artwork.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods within 24 hours of delivery and notify us immediately in writing, including photographs to  sales@antoinetteferwerda.com.au

In the case of returns for faulty or damaged goods due to transit issues, we offer a credit note.  We do not offer cash refunds on any artworks purchased.

International Orders and Return 

We do accept international orders but unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns for international orders. 

 

Refund 

Refunds are only offered for goods that have been delivered faulty. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you in writing once received. Upon inspection, Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery will notify you in writing whether a return has been approved. If the artwork or print has been deemed faulty you will receive a credit note against a future purchase. 

Please remember that it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods and notify Antoinette Ferwerda in writing and with photographs within 24 hours of receiving the goods to sales@antoinetteferwerda.com.au 

A return will not be considered after a 24-hour period. 

 

Return

Antoinette Ferwerda will not accept any returns without prior notification and approval. As outlined under ‘Damaged Goods Return Policy’, returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. All returns must then be returned to us within 5 working days of receipt of your order. A reminder that Antoinette Ferwerda does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. 

 

Commissioned Artworks and Cancellations 

The Antoinette Ferwerda Gallery has documentation to enter into an artist/client Artwork Commission Agreement. Signing off on a creative brief and T&Cs along with a non-refundable deposit is required to commence a privately commissioned artwork.
